The COUNT function will helpfully put quotes around the expression that is
sought and counted in operation if the user neglected to include them. The
problem is that COUNT calls for double quotes but the automatically inserted
quotes are single quotes, giving an error.

According to help COUNT uses "value" but auto complete is to 'value'.
