Hi
The function description space in the function wizzard seems to be limited to 2
lines and is not enough for some languages.

Also, these functions descriptions in english are extremely concise and often
very hard to translate in an a way average Calc users can understand. For
instance, the description below:

<en-US>
Returns left-tail probability of the cumulative distribution function or values
of the probability density function of the chi-square distribution.
</en-US>

has been translated as (in pt-br)

<pt-BR>
Retorna a probabilidade da cauda esquerda da função distribuição ou os valores
da função densidade de probabilidade da distribuição de chi-quadrado (χ²).
</pt-BR>

which does not fit into the 2 lines of the function dialog wizzard (see image),
and is very hard to read.

So pelase add extra lines for the description so that we can fit our translation
and improve readability.

Thank you.

I checked with "Ooo Dev 3.1.0 multilingual version English UI WIN XP: [OOo310m2
(Build 9385)]" and can confirm the reported effect. But it's not a localization
problem, I also see truncated texts in that English Version. Example: IMPT().
The text for explication of the function will be shown completely before the
function has been selected.
Indeed, it seems that most of the English texts are not as long as in other
languages
