Description c0stakis 2009-02-23 11:36:19 UTC
I was about to download OpenOffice for Windows and found that no Greek language
is supported yet. But to my surprise, you do have a Macedonian verison.
As you might know, there is a great issue with these people stealing this
specific name from our Greek heritage, so please consider chaning the term
Macedonian to FYROM, since no such nation exists! This is not only my saying,
but you can check it out yourselves.
Thank you

Greek localization is available as a language pack of the release candidate
build of version 3.0.1. Such builds haven't been released by the Greek native
language team.

Just pick one of the extended mirrors listed here:
http://distribution.openoffice.org/mirrors/#mirrors

You find the 3.0.1 release candidate at the following place:

../extended/3.0.1rc2/

Greek language packs have the language abbreviation _el (Hellenic).

Maybe someone of the Greek native language team at http://el.openoffice.org/ can
help you. Resolving issue as invalid.
