In a ConditionalText textfield, the property IsConditionTrue says False when the 
condition is True, and vice-versa.

I am very surprised to find this not yet reported bug... It exists since OOo version 
1.1.x.

Next attachment proves the bug.

Changing targets since for OOo 3.3 only showstoppers get accepted now.
