Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 100464
Two new symbols needed for Formulas
Last modified: 2018-12-30 18:35:54 UTC
In www.educoo.org educational meetings, many mathematics teachers told us they needed two additional symbols in formulas First is the "widearc" symbol over two or more letters Second is the arrow with a heel, used in the expression x |---> f(x) For the moment, two temporary solutions have been found - creating a draw object imitating these symbols - installing Ams TeX fonts (for one or two symbol only...) Would it be possible to integrate those two symbols directly in OpenSymbol font, for example in unused areas to make them directly usable in OOoMath ? fred juan diaz
