When opening a spreadsheet that was last in "page break view" shows wrong dialog
when right clicking anywhere in table. The "normal view" dialog is shown
instead. Expected was the dialog with the "set printable area" and "page
format..." menu items.

To workaround, switch between normal and page break views.
