Description ttomsonas 2009-04-01 23:15:16 UTC
Changing scale in Tools->Options...-> affects on NEW drawing, not current.
So, if I need to change scale from 1:20 to 1:40 I need completly redraw whole
drawing. Copy->Paste could be used only with simple drawings.

Additional question: how behaves snap lines coordinate after change of scale?

There seems to be only a repaint missing. Dragging the border between normal
view and slide view on the left shows the new scale.
Snap lines seem to keep the relative position not the absolute position after
changing the scale. This is a bug for me: i100777.

To be honest - I don't understand what we are talking about here, my instinct suggests to mark this one as DUP of "Bug 108971 - Drawing scale modification does not effect timely ruler measure", what has a clear and understandable description.

Assignee did not care for years, so back to list.
