Description kristof_d 2009-05-03 20:18:22 UTC
When a graphic representation of measurements (XY graphic) is made and a
regression curve is inserted, it's impossible to edit the equitation of the
regression curve. This is such an obvious feature, I was astonished it wasn't
possible.

For example: Now I have an equitation that says f(x) = 3,16x - 0,03, but I've
measured magnetic induction and force, so I'd like to be able to change that to:
F(B) = 3,16*B - 0,03

This might seem trivial, but my science teacher doesn't think so, so I'm
basically obliged to use excel. The only possible workaround is to make a screen
shot and edit that manually.

Good suggestion!
Trend line equation should take its variables from axis titles, instead of generic f(x)=...
