When I start- up oo3.01 there is a minor delay with no apparent activity on the screen. At first I selected 
the oo icon again until I learned to wait. I am accustomed to the spinning ball or the progress bar filling in 
as the activity progresses. This is not a major problem, just a unique feature that I hadn't anticipated.
