a docking window is not reachable via keyboard (shift -F6) that is important
general and especially in context of accessibility a must

Taking the issue over.

The problem was the additional window based on the dialog description. It did
not allow to set the focus to the controls, although the docking window itself
got the focus.

The fix is commited in cws swa11y32.

mav->es: Please verify the issue. I shell send a UI-only extensions that will
allow to reproduce the problem in separated email.
