I couldnot manage to move around graphics in calc with the mouse; workaround was
to enter another numerical value for the position.

Does this occur in each document or only in a specific one? If it is specific
for one document, please attach it.

Can you try it with another OOo version? I have no problems with dragging
graphics here in OOo3.1 on WinXP.

The issue occurs in every calc document a created up to now. Very rarely it
doesnt happen. Sorry, I can't try windows…

It does not occur in OOO 3.2.0 (320m4 Build 9450).

Verified on Aoo_Trunk_20120829.1800, it can not repro, it is fixed. so close it.
