Please prioritize this issue as it comes from a major OOo user in Sweden.

Repro:
1. Open attached file Slutrapportmall2.doc
2. Save file as new file in binary .doc format
3. Open the new file.

Actual result
1. Page number references in Table of Contents are not aligned to right
2. Tabs are not dotted

I have been informed this has been fixed by Novell in their edition. Might that
help?

Problem is, that the tabs attributes (dotted format and right-alignment) are not
correctly exported. This is already tracked in issue 24003.
It could be helpful if someone could contribute a patch for issue 24003.
