as this issue contains no description at all (and the summary does not mean
anything to me): How can we community members test such an issue to see if it is
fixed? Could you or of be so kind to give us some instruction, please? Or is
this issue fixed and can be closed?

Sorry for the lousy issue handling. The cli uno stuff is a connector to the MS
.NET framework. I don't know what the community can do here. I've nnever read
about a community member that uses these libraries. I have a small 'testrun.exe'
provided by jl to test the connector. To technical reasons we have to increase
the version numbers of the libraries each version.

thank you for your short description :) As I or other community members cannot
test this issue, maybe we can be "reminders" to such issues ... ;) There is only
one question unanswered: Is this issue fixed now? Could you close it then, please?
