[AR] Several Arabic strings are truncated by one pixel

Please take a look at attached screenshots. 1.Calc - delete_sheet_ar.jpg : The message of delete sheet window is truncated. - function_wizard_ar_1.jpg : 'Number' is truncated on the right panel of function wizard window. (Same issue with ACOS,ACOSH,ACOT,ACOTH,ASIN,ASINH functions) - function_wizard_ar_2.jpg : 'ABS' and 'A1' are truncated on the right panel of function wizard window. - function_wizard_ar_3.jpg : 'Nper' is truncated on the right panel of function wizard window. (Same issue with CUMIPMT,CUMIPMT_ADD,CUMPRINC,CUMPRINC_ADD functions) - function_wizard_ar_4.jpg : 'Npery' is truncated on the right panel of function wizard window. (Same issue with EFFECT_ADD,NOMINAL funtions) - function_wizard_ar_5.jpg : 'NOM' is truncated on the right panel of function wizard window. - function_wizard_ar_6.jpg : 'from_currency','to_currency',and 'full_precision' are truncated on the right panel of function wizard window. - function_wizard_ar_7.jpg : 'NPER','PMT',and 'PV' are truncated on the right panel of function wizard window. 2.Writer - writer_ar.jpg :"Mouse moved while key pressed" message is truncated.

->ihi: Most of the dialogs are in Calc so it's nn or dr. Regarding the Writer dialog (some macro assignment ). In that dialog strings tend to be truncated anyway (if macros are actually assigned). The user can move the TabBar of the dialog ListBox.
It seems to be a general problem with any FixedText with WB_RIGHT in RTL UI. One pixel at the left edge is always cut off.
Can any real native speaker of Arabic confirm that this is an absolute showstopper for 3.1.1? Looking at the attached screenshots the most urgent problem in the dialog would be the wrong parentheses, wouldn't they? @hennerdrewes: AFAIK this is a general BiDi problem. Do our Hebrew users see this issue as their number one showstopper issue too?
Loaded Hebrew UI in OOo 3.1 on Vista Sp2. Cannot reproduce the problem with Hebrew UI. Static text labels seem mostly OK. The only place I discovered so far was in Calc, in a new document: Data, Filter, Auto Filter -> Displays error message box with label cut off at the end. Loading the English UI after that shows the same problem, so this should definitely be a different problem. Parentheses problem in function wizard: This control should retain its LTR mode in the RTL UI.
@hennerdrewes: thanks for checking In CWS ooo311gsl06 the fixedtext control is now offset by one pixel for WB_RIGHT. Looking back through the source history the issue with the clipped pixel was there since a couple of years...
@hi: please verify in CWS ooo311gsl06 Testing hints: either log into an Arabic or Hebrew locale or set the env-variable SAL_RTL_ENABLED=1 before starting OOo to enable right-to-left window mode
Verified with cws ooo311gsl06 = ok

This issue is closed automatically. It is in state 'verified/fixed' since 2 releases (OOo 3.1.1 and OOo 3.2). The policy [1] indicates that such older issues should be closed. If this issue still occur in a current build (OOo 3.2.1 or >DEV300m80) please reopen the issue and set the target accordingly.
