Introduced in issue 89456, self referencing relations creation, cause OOo crash.
I tried in DEV32m49 same crash, no error report created during file recovery.
- Create new odb file
- Create one new table with Pk and one other field
- Add table into relation design
- Click on Insert>New Relation..., OOo crash. 
Tried on winXP SP3 and ubuntu.
It seems to me as regression, on 3.1RC2 it has worked.
