Hi I used open office writer to write my thesis.

But now I don t know why I cannot open it anymore with the swriter.
Maybe the file is too large it s really weird i tried with different computer
and it does not work.

Which OOo version do you have?
Which OS?

@hbrinkm: the document loops opening in 3.0-3.1.
Opens ok in 2.4.2 and at least in Word Viewer.
Have you any idea what happens?

@laurevandep: as I said, the document opens fine in 2.4 so I re-saved it in this
version and then again in 3.1. Now it opens fine in 3.1.

Advice: as long as you are working on it, you should save it as odt to avoid the
same problem in this document.

Defect cause are the large graphics in the one-cell-tables at the end of the
document which troubles the Writer layout algorithm - taking over.

I will attach a document in which I have anchored the graphics as-character in
this tables.
