Please see attached screenshot and sample file - case is different between 
Writer and Word because we do not support format modifiers like "lower 
case", "upper case" etc for references.

Fields in Writer do not support the field view option "lower case" or upper
case" This is needed for import purpose. 
Adding FL and ES to cc as long this would mean a new Feature for fields in Writer.

This issue is still present in OOo-Dev_DEV300_m53_Win32Intel version.
