Following a crash in the new 3.1, the recovery system did not activate.  Opening
Oo again just opened it up as though nothing had happened.  There were no error
messages to report.
The crash recovery has always worked flawlessly for me in previous versions. 
Could be a fluke, a coincidence that the first time it fails is the first day I
use this version, but if others report similar it may be a problem.

I am using "Ooo 3.1.0 WIN XP multilingual version German UI activated 
[OOO310m11 (Build 9399)]" for my dayly work, see a crash from time to time and
can NOT confirm the reported effect.

With some crashes, the recovery is not triggered for me as well.
Did not study on any patern yet ;-)

exists in the latest release of OOo and if you can provide requested additional
information.
