Can reproduce it in OOo2.4.1 Writer, Impress and Drawing

Let's us choose two OOo builds for testing, like OOo3.1 and DEV300m51
Scenario:
In OOo3.1, Tools - Options - Openoffice.org - User data, set First name/Last
name/Initials as F3.1/L3.1/I3.1
In DEV300m51, Tools - Options - OOo-dev - User data, set First name/Last
name/Initials as F300m51/L300m51/I300m51


How to reproduce it
1 Create an Writer doc with OOo3.1 and save it as FieldsAuthor.odt
2 Open the file created at step 1 with DEV300m51
3 In DEV300m51, Insert - Fields - Other, Fields dialog opens, switch to 
  Document tab, Type:Author, Select: Name, OK

Result
Insert the Author of DEV300m51, but not user data in OOo3.1

Expectation
should insert the Author of OOo3.1

According to help doc
Author:
Inserts the name of the user who first saved the document. 
To view the name of the author, choose File - Properties, click the General tab,
and then look at the Created line. The name of the author is appended to the
Created line only if the Apply user data check box is selected.

Note
In Drawing and Impress, Insert - Fields - Author, insert user data from
DEV300m51, it is the same as Writer (Insert - Fields - Other, Fields dialog
opens, switch to Document tab, Type:Author, Select: Name)
