Can reproduce it in OOo3.1, but works well in OOo310m9

In help file, you can find
LEN
Returns the length of a string including spaces

But in OOo ZH,
it is not LEN() but LEG() to return the length of a string including spaces

This came from translation and was already fixed for 3.2. The current translated
name is LEN again.
