Impossible to paste data from one merged cell to another merged cell. A dialog
appers notifying that data will be overwritten, then the error message box
appears. Tested with OOO310m18 and OOO310m19 (Linux) and OOO310m19 (Windows).

The feature will be available in OOo3.2. Please try the developer snapshot, to
see whether the fix for issue 8302 is OK for you.
