Hello Open Office developers,

I am writing a document in Writer, which includes a lot of bullet-ed text. The
first level bullet character provided by Writer does not look well for me, so I
wanted to change it.

Here is what I did:

1) Clicked the "Bullets On" button from the toolbar. And the small character
appeared. I wanted to change it to another bullet character
2) Clicked Format | Bullets and numbering menu item and then chose the Options
tab. I thing that this is where the bullet character is changed
3) I wanted to change the characters for level 1 and level 2, so that is what I
did by pressing the ... button besides the Character label and I chose the
symbols I preferred for both levels
4) After pressing the OK button everything seems OK with my current bullet list
5) But whenever I try to create another one (after writing some un-bullet-ed
text), then I get the same small bullets, but not the ones I set in step 3.

So my questions are:

1) Can you reproduce this at all :-)
2) Am I trying the wrong way to change the bullets character? I must admit I did
not find a better one...
3) Finally, if it is a bug, was it solved in one of the next milestones?

Thanks!
Ivan

Closing duplicate.

Does this comment mean that you plan to fix that in version 3.2 of Open Office:

move target to 3.2

Thanks,
Ivan

Yes, that is the meaning of this. But more essential is the field "Target" of an
issue.

Furthermore, please do not reopen issues just for asking questions, comments
will be read though...
