when drawing a box using two lines of different widths, the right and bottom 
borders should mirror the left and top borders, so the thick line is always on 
the outside but they are drawn identically so the thick line is on the outside 
for left and top and the inside for right and bottom.

When applying special borders mirror is not working.

While testing new issue found:

When applying special borders to opposite sides the mirror is not working
(pls check attachment: Different bug found)

Tested on:
Win7 SP1 64bits (AOO 341m1 - B9593 - R 1372282)
