Vista Business. A long time ago, I upgraded from v2 to 3.0 and it crashed. I am
now trying to install 3.1. I cleaned the registry, program files , etc.  and I
cannot install 3.1
I always get the message "Please exit OpenOffice.org 3.1 and the OpenOffice.org
3.1 Quickstarter before ..."

QuickStarter is not in the processes and there are no OpenOffice directories on
my machine

How do I install ?
