This issue is a spin off from Issue 52460.

I checked with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE-multilingual version German UI activated
[OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]" and found several incorrect spelled names:

Search Base Help for "dbase" and you will find items containing misspelled names:
- dBase-Verbindung
- Dif-Import/-Export/ Lotusimport/ DBase-Import
- Import und Export von Daten im Textformat
- Inhalts- und andere Verzeichnisse (contains "dBase" at least 1x in text)
- Erweiterte Eigenschaften (correct in heading, but wrong in text)
- Zusätzliche Einstellungen (contains "dBase" at least 1x in text)
- Importieren von Daten nach Base  (contains "dBase" at least 1x in text)
- Verwenden von Datenbanken in OpenOffice.org Base (contains "dBase" 
  at least 1x in text)
- SQL Statement ausführen (contains "dBase" at least 1x in text)
- Tabellenentwurf (contains "dBase" at least 1x in text)
- Besondere Einstellungen (contains "dBase" at least 1x in text)
- Datensatz suchen (contains "dBase" at least 1x in text)
- Abfrageentwurf (contains "dBase" at least 1x in text)

In UI a control sample only showed correct spelling.

A also did a control sample for other localizatins:

- Finnish: no misspellings found
- NL: no misspellings found

All this is ok in English version

Should be fixed in Pootle (UI and help).

Setting the "Target Milestone" to 4.2.0 now.
