When edit formula then sometimes formula tooltip overlap formula and I doesn't
see the formula.
See screenshots. Calc is maximized.

This bug is already reported in issue 98177.

(I work with non maximized windows and can move the whole window in such
situations for to finish my input in the input line.)

Let's reopen this because issue 98177 contains two separate problems.

The tip window is moved if the mouse pointer is at the position where the tip
would be. The new position, left and above the mouse pointer, overlaps the
formula then.

PL: If a new flag is introduced to disable looking at the mouse position, it
should be added to the Help::ShowTip call in ScInputHandler::ShowTipBelow,
sc/source/ui/app/inputhdl.cxx.

I can confirm this issue is also present in OOO320m18 build 9502 (WinXP).

Quite an annoying bug actually.
