Create a chart with a vertical y-axis and add an y-axis title.
Rotate the title to zero rotation. 
Move the title and resize the diagram.
Save the document.
Reload the document and double click on the chart
-> the rotation of the title was not saved, it is switched back to 90 degree. In
addition the position of the title and the size of the diagram now can be
completely rubbish. The y axis is not visible anymore. Load and double click the
attached document for example .

Fixed in CWS chart42. With that fix no broken files will be created anymore. But
already broken files still remain broken. They need to be changed manually
afterwards (resize the diagram and replace the title).
