I can not add new "Left-to-Right" and "Right to left" buttons  to the
"formating" toolbar.  
while trying to add the buttons the toolbar "jumps" from side to side, it seems
like the button is being add and the removed. 
this bug dose NOT happens while trying to add other buttons. 
I also cannot add the "Left-to-Right" and "Right to left" buttons from the
customize toolbar option. 
 
im using OOO310m19 (build: 9429) 
under ubuntu 9.10

Though those icons are only selectable when "Tools - Options - Language Settings
- Languages - Enabled for complex text layout (CTL)" is ON, they are always
available in the toolbar Visible Buttons list.

Same root cause as issue 54681.
