My .xls spreadsheet opens fine in Calc and I can edit and save OK.  However, it 
shows an error 520 when reopened.  Data validation based on a list in a tab in the 
same spreadsheet then fails to work.  If I save in .ods format the error doesn't 
occur.  Can send sample files for reference if required.

No error when modifying the file attached: Interm IT TimeSheet BE Week nn 2009.xls, saving and reopening.
However, save is very slow and takes more than a minute.
