In LeftFig.odt, Fig.10, aligned left, is anchored to bbb. Anchor cannot be moved
unless the frame is first moved away from left.

MRU->tab: as a workaround, grab the anchor in its upper part which does not
overlay the frame.

MRU->OD: an anchor which overlays its object cannot be moved. Also the frame
cannot be grabbed with the mouse in this area. But I think it is useful to give
the anchor more priority in this point.
