1. create empty Writer doc
2. add a picture on 1st page
3. save document (in ODT format)
4. see generated thumbnail

It will be no image in thumbnail, or a piece of image.
Presumably, images don't get scaled during thumbnail generation.

Checked with OOo 3.1.1 on Windows, OOo-dev m62 on Linux

If the picture is anchored as character, the thumbnail is correct, else the
thumbnail is incorrect. In the attachment below the picture is visible but its
position on the thumbnail is wrong. Often happens that the picture is not
visible at all.

Duplicate of issue 103050.
Might also have something to do with issue 95454.

Note about the "regression" keyword: please use it only for "new" regressions.
A caparison with 2.4 is too far away to deserve this keyword.
