Installed OO, click on Base and nothing launches.  Items running in Task Manager
are: soffice.bin*32  and  soffice.exe*32 with no CPU usage.  OS is Vista64, Java
6.16

Looks like an installation problem.

not reproducible -> set to worksforme.

I haven't been able to reproduce on vista and Win7 64-Bit.
