Repro:
1. Open two new files.
2. Start Function Wizard, select VLOOKUP, click any cell as first parameter, 
click into second parameter.
3. Switch to second open file, use keyboard to select range and press Enter - 
nothing happens, which is confusing and counterintuitive.
Earlier versions (2.4.2 specifically) displayed Function Wizard with selected 
range as second parameter.
