when i merge a toolbar button in a standard toolbar and provide own UI (via the
toolkit) the office crashed sometimes.

cd: Can be reproduced on the Ma. The crash looks more like a platform
independent problem related to a destroyed listener which is still in registered.

adapt platform, problem might be general but on Mac OS the crash is reproducable
