Hello Louis,

Could you please set up two native-language projects, one for the Afar language
and the other one for the Sidama language.

Afar:
desired domain name: "aa" (ISO compliant)
project lead's username: oooaar

Sidama:
desired domain name: "dm" (ISO compliant)
project lead's username: ooosid

Both projects will be level 1
SCA already signed and sent as the team already owns another project. But I'm
wondering whether they should send two new ones (one by project as the lead is
the same but changes names).
Arade could you please make sure you have signed and send the SCA for yourself
and your three usernames?

These projects have been created and the native-lang.html page in /projects, too. The IZ components 
have also been updated to be more descriptive.

Dear Louis
 
Thank you for setting the two projects.

As you know we are running two projects, but the Sidama language is not listed
on the native language project list. And also nativ-lang.html page for Sidama
language haven't been created. 
Since these two languges are different we need separet pages and also we need
the Sidama language project to be included in the native language project list.
