Problem is in uno bridge: OpenOffice as GUI can open such big txt files, but is
also unable to export them to pdf.

i am waiting ~60 minutes and the status bar is approx. at 15% (unchanged since
45 min) --> abort this test

Cannot reproduce using the GUI neither on 3.1.1 nor in current dev version:
- inserted about 4000 pages of dummy text (20MB saved as text)
- export to PDF
-> last some minutes but completes successfully.

How do you saved? Via "File - Export"?
What do you save? Please provide an URL pointing to your document.

Using File --> export as pdf function.
Reformating of the document before generating pdf does work. But the next step
results in "never-endig export".

mentioned.
