- open the attached document
- press the button (which will run a macro calling printPages at the document,
  with the only argument being the URL of the doc)
=> an assertion pops up saying:
   Error: Assertion failed
   ==================
   FILE  :  .../sw/source/core/view/pagepreviewlayout.cxx at line 1464
   ERROR :  "PagePreviewLayout not valid"
