The re-factoring of the auto recovery process, ongoing in CWS autorecovery as
preparation of fixing issue 65597, will allow to fix this: Finally, a "store the
doc as part of an emergency exit" is an explicit action on the document, instead
of the current implicit "storeTo". In this course, it should be possible to
store the modified Basic before actually storing the document.
