mouse wheel operates on field where keyboard cursor is, not on the one that 
mouse cursor is over.
that is counterintuitive, not like in all other applications, and i believe 
also a regression from previous oo.org versions.

This appears to work correctly with AOO 3.4.1 on Windows.  Original report was for Linux, but no distro or version mentioned.

@richyly, are you still seeing this issue?  If so, what are you running?

this does seem to work as expected now
