Description etusch 2009-12-15 15:24:10 UTC
Autofiltering in OOo is not a permanent action. After certain actions, such as
sort, the autofilter disappears. Since the setting of autofilter requires
selecting all the data you want filtered, this sometimes requires selecting, and
re-selecting, a large amount of data. "Click-shift-scroll-click" doesn't seem
like much until you've done it six or seven times on the same data in ten
minutes. Also if your data is filtered and you have done an action that removes
the autofilter, the data is locked in the filtered view. Help was no help with
this, but the solution is select the whole sheet and show all rows.

It seems that I can't reproduce that with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE-multilingual
version German UI activated [OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]"!

@etusch:
Please attach a sample document and contribute a step by step instruction!
