Allow the <Enter> key to Paste

Currently Paste is only available via
(1) Menu Edit:Paste
(2) <CTRL+V>

Allow the <Enter> key to do the same.
i.e.
Copy a cell (using whatever method)
Move to another cell
Use the <Enter> key to paste the contents of the copied cell to the current 
cell.
