Description ron_ 2010-01-02 18:44:03 UTC
I am using OpenOffice.org Calc v 3.1.1 build 9240 for Ubuntu. Drilling down on
a DataPilot sometimes causes OOO to fail and Document Recovery to begin.

My DataPilot has two row fields and one column field. Drilling down on the
highest level row field is successful, but drilling down on the lowest level row
field or on the single column field causes the error.

It sounds like a duplicate to issue 103347.

Please try it again with the newest version from openoffice.org.

My ver 3.1.1 looks like it is the newest version currently available. This
version was released August 31, 2009 -- later than your main discussion with
rmano on issue 103347.

Your most recent instruction to rmano [...please have a look at
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Run_OOo_versions_parallel
section 1.2 ] seems pretty complicated and risky for a newbie like me.

Is this specific problem fixed in v 3.2 -- which is scheduled to be released
later this month -- rather than in v 3.1.1? Wouldn't it be easier just to
upgrade, rather than to run parallel versions?
