Mail Merge Wizard crashes after step 6

I tried several times, and my "Ooo-Dev 3.2.0 multilingual version English UI WIN XP: [DEV300m68 (Build 9474)]" always crashes in Step 7. I use a fitered Addresses.odb connected to a spreadsheet as address database. Addresses will be inserted correctly (I can see step through in step 6 and all adresses will be shown correctly), but in step 6 my OOo crashes I see dialog "create documents" and running through (too fast) 1 ... 4 for my 4 filtered adresses, then "sudden death" 100% reproducible.

For some other tests I had to downgrade: also reproducible with "Ooo-Dev 3.2.0 multilingual version German UI WIN XP: [DEV300m67 (Build 9466)]"! But mailmerge email works without problems with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE[OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]"! I will try to create a test kit and instruction for a test document "from the scratch" soon.
Same with "Ooo 3.2.0 RC2 WIN XP DE [OOo320m9 (Build 9476)]"! During my further tests for Issue 107967 i tried with a new database (connected to a copy of my old address spradsheet) and my normal letter template (only mail merge fields replaced for new database)

With attached test kit the crash is 100% reproducible for me with OOo320m9. Steps to reproduce (I used German UI, may be some free translations for UI are not exact): 0. download and unpack test kit 1. Repair connection between address database "db.odb" and addresses source "Testadr.ods" 2. Register "db.odb" as "db" 3. Close all documents, terminate OOo 4. open "testbrief_db5withoutlinkedcontents.odt" from WIN Explorer 5. Menu 'Tools - Mail Merge Wizard' 6. Use current document <Next> 7. Email <Next> 8. <Select Addresses list> "db" should be shown 9. Filter for "'x6t'" <ok> <ok> <Next> (for step 4) 10. <Next> (for step 6) You should be able to click through 4 recipients 11. <Next> 4 Documents will be created, OOo crashes within creation I will contribute several Cras report IDs asap.
Crash report IDs: ry758wc, rbg58wc
It crashes while processing the OLE-objects in the example document.
THX for confirming. I had hoped to get this for 3.2, but I can understand that you won't always defer the release just for my needs ;-) Unfortunately I am pretty sure that Issue 107967 has the same roots like this one (but there are different opinions). If my suspect is true, that would be very very bad for 3.2.0, but unfortunately until now I was only able to create a test kit for this problem.

Is this fix included in OOo320m16? We experienced the same prob after several attempts with mail merge crash in step 8 and with 3.2.0 stable (m12 I presume). By now the wizard crashes in step 6 with the same docs and dbs that were already running through to step 8 :-( Reproducible with Win x32 and Mac OS X Intel. I tried 3.2.1m16 win x32 but no luck: merge still crashes in step 6. Any chance to check if the upcoming fix for 3.3.0 works?
The fix is only in the CWS os140 which is planned for 3.3
