Set diagonal line by Format Cells dialog ->Borders tab ->Line Arrangement
 but I can not see diagonal line in the table.

  How to reproduce issue:
  1. Start OpenOffice.org Impress
  2. Insert the table (Insert->Table)
  3. Select one of the cell in the table
  4. Select table propaty in the table toolbar and Open the table propaty 
dialog 
  5. Select border tab and Set the diagonal line.
  6. Click OK botton

Reproducible with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE[OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]"! Also in DRAW,
so that might be the more appropriate component.
