I suppose it's the same as in the WW8/DOCX case (see issue 108338) - depends on
the core feature from issue 90868, right?

@kendy: no, Writer and Calc/Draw/Impress have two different text layout engines,
and this one pertains to Issue 107470 and ultimately very similar to Issue
71067, but not directly related to Issue 90868.  FYI, I've just finished
supporting distributed alignment in EditEngine in svx, so resolving this issue
will be just a matter of taking care of the pptx import bits.
