The label fields of the main form are blinking in rapid succession (somewhat
annoying) while idle in displaying forms contents.
This seems to be a regression from OOo 3.2 RC1.

In creation or modification mode all labels diplay steadily.
Issue should be fixed to avoid eye stain.
