When I use Calc with same PC-computer but with different systems I find that
sheet tabs are almost same colors selected and unselected in Vista with
transparency but they are very distinct colors in Ubuntu or in Vista with old
Windows theme.  What is true with Vista is true also with new Windows 7.

In Ubuntu color of dimmed sheet tabs is quite near the background color of the
Menu Bar and selected is white. That is fine for me. In Vista or in Windows 7
with standard setup both color of selected and dimmed sheet tabs are quite near
white.

So I propose that color contrast between these two status are enchanced if it
can be done without much change to colors in Ubuntu.

There is the closed issue 97256 for another Os for quite same situation.

Visual indication between tabs should be more prominent.
