Format->Position and Size: The menu will not open, Draw mostly locks up though 
the Table tool bar works. The escape key will exit. I can't change a critical 
setting in that menu making the program very hard to use (actually unusable 
what I was trying to do).

Running Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit on an HP Pavilion dv5. Tried editing the 
same file on XP loaded with the same version of OO and it worked fine.

Does this happen with a new file as well or just with a specific one? Please
setup a new file, insert a rectangle and try to open the Position and Size
dialog using Menu or by using F4.

When I open a new file, then insert a rectangle, then try to open the Position 
and Size dialog using either the Menu or by using F4, the same thing occurs. No 
menu comes up.

This surely has the same reason as i108666. Closed.
