Look and feel of Openoffice.org is a bit bureaucratic.  This proposal is more
for fun than heavy work and more for school children than clerks.

There is possibility create animated GIF pictures in Impress so maybe this can
be the first step for animation workshop in Draw. I guess this is easy part
because most of building blocks is already ready.

Second step can be perhaps editing feature for GIF animations.  That's all for
minimal animation workshop with saving and loading.

Priority is set 5 (= nice to have) for not push too hard developers. Maybe it
can update later if this proposal will get lot of votes?
