In notes the name of the author and date of insertion are set fixed. It would be
helpful to be able to configure the content of a note, e.g. suppress name and/or
date, or make other information visible.

Notes are named "comments" today ;-)
Reassigned to requirements.

i agree, cause we use "comments" as hints for user to fill out form's,
name and date make no sense here ...
